This 33 year old, male patient was diagnosed with Post covid Lung fibrosis and Respiratory sepsis with shock. With OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnoea) he was admitted at this multi-specialty hospital in Secunderabad with shortness of breath & with poor chest condition. Post medical stabilization at the hospital, the team of doctors at the hospital recommended Portea services to avoid hospital acquired infections and prolonged hospital stay. Portea provided efficient critical care nursing service and supportive care. Patient was on Tracheostomy at home for more than 15 days and advised for Decannulation. Successful decannulation done with the help of continuous monitoring and care and now she is self-dependent and back to normal life.
