This 70 yrs. female patient is a diagnosed case of COPD with OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnoea) admitted at Medanta Hospital with shortness of breath with poor chest condition. Post medical stabilization at hospital, the team of doctors recommended home healthcare services to avoid hospital acquired infections and prolonged hospital stay. Portea provided a full blown ICU setup at home with efficient nursing and supportive care. With the help of continuous monitoring and care now she is self dependent and back to normal life.
